Smoking Ceremony and Welcome To Country, followed by mocktails and appetizers on the lawn, a 3-course sit-down meal of traditional and contemporary Wiradjuri food on the veranda, stargazing with Donna The Astronomer and Steve Taylor, exhibition openings, and opportunities to meet SkyFest performers and preview their work

10 am to 1 pm – gates open for SkyFest artists, performers and Expo exhibitors to set up. All vehicles must leave site by 12.30.

Evolution Music Stage: an All-Wirdjuri program of music and storytelling
- inaugural Wombat Wobble Dance-Off with Johnny Huckle for kids of all ages. Prizes for wildest wobblers!
- Wiradjuri storytelling with Larry Brandy
- Johnny Huckle for Adults
- Wiradjuri Rap with Anthony Riley and Brian Ah-See from Dubbo
- Premiere of new Wiradjuri songs from our Gaalmadhaany Songmakers Project. Lyrics by local poets Monicque Merritt and Marion Wighton-Packham. Music by Dubbo by singer-songwriter Shane Riley with composer Peter Kennard from the Blue Mountains
- Shane and Peter Riley, Dubbo’s much loved Wiradjuri performers with their latest songs
Bora Ground: Traditional and Contemporary Aboriginal Dance with Condo’s Galari Bila Waga Dhaanys, Dinawan’s Connection from Cowra, Jo Clancy with the Wagana Aboriginal Dancers from the Blue Mountain and Condo’s Ngamurr Waganha Wallan, and other dance groups from around Central Western NSW and beyond
Study Centre Galleries: Exhibitions by local artists Beverley Coe, Belinda Coe, and the Shine Group
Wellness Room: Wiradjuri Language Workshops hosted by WCC’s Wiradjuri Language Program
Auditorium: Introduction to the Wiradjuri Study Centre by Ally Coe, Tennille Dunn, and friends; STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths) talks by physicist Tatiana Bonsch and astrobiologist Luke Steller; and an introduction to the night sky by Donna the Astronomer
Condo Sista Shed: traditional and contemporary Wiradjuri arts, crafts and storytelling with Aunty Bev Coe and the Sistas, with fresh damper and a cuppa
Festival Grounds: the Giilangyaldhaanygalang muppets and their creators, Ruth Davys and Pettina Love (Ruthy and Pet) from Albury
Projection Wall (shipping containers): Space Play, an interactive 3-D/augmented reality trip through the wonders of the solar system and beyond by Stalker Theatre Company and the Box of Birds team from Sydney
Festival Grounds and Sista Shed: illuminated paper lanterns by over 100 local makers, young and older
Stargazing : Donna the Astronomer from Coonabarabran, Wiradjuri stargazer Steve Taylor from Cowra, and guest astronomers take us on a guided tour of the visible universe with their telescopes
Flaming Finale: a ritual burning of a community fire sculpture with Aunty Bev Coe, Paul Escreet, Phil Relf (Ikara Celebratory Events), and friends
MIIMA-GU NGAAHNA REGENERATIVE FUTURES EXPO
Our Regenerative Futures Expo: an exciting opportunity for corporations, businesses, government departments, non-government organisations, philanthropic trusts, charities, and First Nations makers to showcase and share their most econologically sustainable and regenerative products and services at Condo SkyFest, in the spirit of Yinndyamarra Winhanganha (the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in)
